Store each person's W-9 or local equivalent and their signed agreement. Upload documents you already have, or let them upload their own. Documents are served only to you, through short-lived links that expire in two minutes.

Unrated is deliberately distinct from a low rating, so a newcomer you have not used yet never gets confused with someone you would not hire again. Yes. DropCue Studio's Roster imports a CSV, matching columns by header name so the order does not matter, and it shows you a preview before anything is written. Rows with no name are skipped, anyone already on your roster is skipped rather than duplicated, and an invalid rating leaves that person unrated instead of guessing. You can also export your roster back out to CSV at any time.
