1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DropCue ("the Service"), operated at dropcue.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DropCue is a music sharing and playlist management platform for composers, publishers, sync agencies, and music professionals.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant DropCue a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

DropCue offers free trials and paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropCue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
