DropCue operates the DropCue platform at dropcue.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

2. Information We Collect

Account information (email, password hash), content (audio files, playlists, metadata), usage data (play events, analytics), and optional social media tokens for posting.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the platform, process audio uploads, generate listening analytics, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL + object storage) on AWS. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row Level Security ensures users only access their own data.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase (auth, database), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Delete your account from Settings or email hello@dropcue.app.
