In short: This Privacy Policy is a plain statement of what data DropCue collects and how it is handled. DropCue collects only what it needs to run your account — your email, the audio and metadata you upload, and usage analytics like play events. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per-user with Row Level Security, and stored on Supabase and AWS. DropCue does not sell your data to anyone, shares it only with the core services that run the platform (Supabase, Netlify, Stripe, Resend), and lets you delete your account and its data at any time from Settings. DropCue operates the DropCue platform at dropcue.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
Account information (email, password hash), content (audio files, playlists, metadata), usage data (play events, analytics), and optional social media tokens for posting.
To provide and improve the platform, process audio uploads, generate listening analytics, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests.
Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL + object storage) on AWS. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row Level Security ensures users only access their own data.
Supabase (auth, database), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). We do not sell your data to any third party.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Delete your account from Settings or email hello@dropcue.app.
