Watch: Music library software: brief composers and track every album (1:44)
Follow one library album from brief to release in DropCue: plan it as a project, send one brief link to your roster, review submissions as a team, send revision notes, move accepted tracks into the album, and see every album on one board.
Start each album in Project Planner with its catalog code, brief, due date and tracks, and set the deliverables each track needs. The board shows every album at once, and overdue tracks are counted at the top. Project Planner is part of Studio.
Watch: Project Planner: cues, deliverables and deadlines (1:25)
Plan every music job in one place. The DropCue Project Planner keeps your cues, deliverables, brief, agreements, deliveries and to-dos together, then shows every project on one board from planning to invoiced.
On Studio, New inbox on a project makes an upload link already filled in with its title, brief and due date, and Send to roster emails it to your composers. On any plan, share an inbox link anywhere. Composers upload without an account, and every track lands in one list you can search, sort and filter by status.
Watch: The DropCue Inbox: collect music submissions from composers (1:23)
Collect tracks from every composer with one link. Review each track beside the list, pin notes to exact moments, rate with your team, send feedback, and add the best tracks to your library, a playlist or an album.
On a computer, click a track and the review panel opens beside the list. Pin feedback to the exact second, rate it and mark a favorite, and Standings ranks the best. Mark a track Needs Revision and Send feedback emails the composer your notes. On Studio, accept it in an inbox linked to the album and it lands on the album as Approved.
Yes. Production music, trailer, sync, stock and royalty free libraries, boutique catalogs and music publishers all run on the same pieces: a project for each album, an upload link for each brief, team review with notes and ratings, statuses you can name after your own steps, and albums in your library. Every track keeps its writer and publisher splits with PRO and IPI. DropCue does not collect royalties for you.
No. They open your link, read the brief and upload. You choose how large one submission can be: up to 3 GB on Pro and up to 5 GB on Studio. Composers who are logged in to DropCue also see every track they sent you, with its status, under My Submissions.
Yes. Each reviewer rates a track under their own name with stars, a favorite and an optional note. Standings ranks every rated track by average stars, then favorites, and Export CSV takes the list with you. Reviewers work in the same DropCue account, and each browser remembers the last name used.
The Inbox is on every plan. Artist, at $8 a month billed annually, includes 3 inbox requests. Pro has unlimited requests, from $15 a month billed annually for 1,000 tracks up to $69 for 20,000. Studio adds Project Planner, Roster, Send to roster and the rest of the Business Suite, from $29 to $99 a month billed annually. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no credit card.
