Sawtooth 311 – Psychedelic Electronica Blues Fusion Chill Music After 20 years as a freelance Trombonist in NYC, Justin James Comito, A.K.A. Sawtooth, began producing music in 2020, during the Covid pandemic lockdown. His music is a fusion of several influencing styles from Ambient, Jazz, Prog Rock, Orchestral, Blues, and Electronica. The music is all at once cinematic, funky, lyrical, and unique, often featuring infectious baselines and soaring virtuosic synth solos. Sawtooth recently collaborated with the Anna Sokolow Dance Theater and provided the musical score for a recent NYC performance at the Slipper Room. Sawtooth is currently signed with Bentley Records and has recently released a full-length concept album Artificial Ignorance (March 15, 2026, release date) under the Spanish label Protomaterial Records.
